You are invited to apply for participation in the First Annual BSA Haunted Classic Youth Soccer Tournament. Team registration details will be available soon. The Haunted Classic is hosted by the Beavercreek Soccer Association (BSA) and is a family-oriented, fun-filled event that is a great way to end the fall season. In conjunction with the tournament, there will be a Haunted Trail at the soccer complex for some scary fun. The Haunted Trail is suitable for younger children as well as teenagers and adults. Many other fun events and awards are planned. Be sure to visit this website often for updates.

The Tournament format calls for three preliminary round games with Final Matches in each division. Each team is guaranteed three games. Some divisions may have Semi-Final Matches depending on the number of teams in the division. Individual and Team trophies will be awarded for 1st and 2nd places.

Two divisions: Orange and Black, based on level of play will be formed in the following age brackets:

Boys
U-15 born after 7.31.94
U-14 born after 7.31.95
U-13 born after 7.31.96
U-12 born after 7.31.97
U-11 born after 7.31.98
U-10 born after 7.31.99
U-09 born after 7.31.00
U-08 born after 7.31.01

Girls
U-15 born after 7.31.94
U-14 born after 7.31.95
U-13 born after 7.31.96
U-12 born after 7.31.97
U-11 born after 7.31.98
U-10 born after 7.31.99
U-09 born after 7.31.00
U-08 born after 7.31.01

U-8, U-9 and U10 teams will play 6v6. U-11 and U-12 teams will play 8v8. U-13, U-14, and U-15 teams will play 11v11.

Applicants must be duly registered members of their respective State, Province, or National association. Players must be registered to the team making application. All teams and players accepted to this tournament will be verified. Only players with valid player passes will be permitted to play. See Tournament Rules for more details.

There will be no exceptions to the above requirements.

Entry Forms must be received by September 7, 2009.
Entry Form must include Check or Money Order (in US $) for $450 for U13 - U15, $400 for U11 - U12, or $350 for U8 - U10.

Be sure you enter your Haunted Classic TEAM ID in the MEMO portion of your check.


You will be notified of your acceptance or non-acceptance no later than September 30, 2009.
